Abstract:
Talga Resources Ltd. (ASX:TLG), the West Australian based resource and development company confirms its registration today as a principal producer (commercial user) on INSCX™ exchange, the world marketplace for nanomaterials, base oils, polymers, TiO2 and speciality minerals. Talga has a core focus on its graphite/graphene assets in Northern Sweden which include the world's highest grade graphite resource at the Nunasvaara deposit (amongst others). Talga will initially list graphene with various material specifications on the INSCX™ exchange.

Fullerex: Talga Resources Joins INSCX™ Exchange

London, UK | Posted on September 4th, 2014

Talga will instruct trades onto the INSCX™ exchange platform through merchant member Fullerex. As a formal commodity exchange focussed on commercial end use, INSCX™ exchange exists to support producers and industrial end users by providing a live trade platform and reporting system through which participants can trade registered, inspected and EHS insured and accredited nanomaterials. The Exchange also conducts a formal on-site audit of producers to assess capability to supply to specification.

Mark Thompson, Managing Director at Talga commented: "Given Talga's 2014 single step graphene production results, together with the Company's subsequent first sale of graphene, it is now appropriate to make preparations for future graphene and graphite transactions. The INSCX™ Exchange represents a conduit to the global nano-material network and is a platform for trade associated with quality assurance oversight, international regulation and material standardisation - all of which are critical as we advance our commercialisation efforts"

Joe Eldridge, Co-founder at Fullerex also commented: "Talga Resources has differentiated itself from the status quo among graphene producers by acknowledging graphene as a next generation bulk commodity material. This industrial mindset lays the foundations for Talga to deliver large capacity, attractively priced, high quality graphene. By joining INSCX™ exchange Talga have combined this unique capability with access to an advanced suite of complementary refining technologies that places them at a significant competitive advantage. Fullerex are delighted to have them on board."
