Abstract:
The Technical College of the University of Tehran published a new scientific-research (ISC) journal entitled ‘Journal of Ultrafine Grained and Nanostructured Materials (JUFGNSM)'.

New Journal on Nanostructure Sciences Published in Iran

Dr. Mahmoud Heidarzadeh Soha is the editor-in-chief of the journal. The journal releases new articles in all fields related to characterization, technology, and application of ultrafine grained and nanostructured materials.

The main scopes of the journal are as follows:

• Novel processes to produce ultrafine grained and nanostructured materials

• Properties of ultrafine grained and nanostructured materials

• Characterization of ultrafine grained and nanostructured materials

• Simulation and modeling

• Nanocoatings and thin films

• Nanostructures control

• Nanocomposites

The new journal includes a wide range of scientific and engineering issues, including materials engineering, chemistry, electronics, mechanical engineering, and subjects related to basic sciences of physics and chemistry.
