Abstract:
The 8th Nano Award Ceremony was held in the Conference Hall of Tehran International Permanent Fairground on Tuesday.
Iranian Vice-President for Science and Technology Dr. Sattari, Dr. Aref, and Secretary-General of Iran Nanotechnology Initiative Council Dr. Sarkar participated in the ceremony. The best experts and technologists active in the field of nanotechnology were awarded in this ceremony.
The names of the top scientists in the field of nanotechnology are as follows:
• 1st rank, Dr. Maso'ud Salavati Niyasari, member of the Scientific Board of Kashan University
• 2nd rank, Dr. Ali Morsali, member of the Scientific Board of Tarbiat Modarres University
• 3rd rank, Dr. Morteza Mahmoudi, member of the Scientific Board of Tehran University of Medical Sciences
• 4th rank, Dr. Shadpour Malakpour, member of the Scientific Board of Isfahan University of Technology
• 5th rank, Dr. Omid Akhavan, member of the Scientific Board of Sharif University of Technology
• 6th rank, Dr. Ali Morad Rashidi, member of the Scientific Board of Research Institute of Petroleum Industry
• 7th rank, Dr. Mohsen Jahanshahi, member of the Scientific Board of Noshirvani Babol University of Technology
• 8th rank, Dr. Seyed Shamsoddin Mohajerzadeh, member of the Scientific Board of University of Tehran
• 9th rank, Dr. Reza Ansari Khalkhali, member of the Scientific Board of Guilan University
• 10th rank, Dr. Majid Montazer, member of the Scientific Board of Amir Kabir University of Technology
• Top young researcher, Ali Ahmadi Peighan, PhD student in chemistry in Tarbiat Modares University
Dr. Sang Woo Joo was elected as the top foreign researcher in this ceremony.
