Beneq’s comprehensive industrial Thin Film Coating Services shorten time to market

Espoo, Finland | Posted on June 18th, 2013

Beneq's thin film coating services are a cost-effective way to develop, scale-up and outsource thin film operations. The company's portfolio of services help meet various customer needs: providing solutions that can be further developed and optimized, verifying products in pilot production and scaling them up to initial production, or providing foundry services and production systems for industrial production.

The company has 30 years of thin film production experience from a wide range of industries, such as offshore, medical, military, aerospace, optics, photovoltaics and electronics.

"Our laboratory-, pilot- and full industry-scale thin film processing facilities extend over 10,000 m2, including 2,000 m2 of flexible clean room space and over 30 industrial and research ALD equipment units. The production facilities as such are ISO 9001:2008 certified," says Sampo Ahonen, CEO, Beneq. "Our in-house professionals are ready to serve customers with truly exceptional thin film coating expertise."

Beneq's thin film coating services capabilities cover substrate preparation for glass processing, atomic layer deposition (ALD), aerosol coating, sputtering, electroless Ni deposition, photolithographic patterning, optical glass bonding and interconnect bonding.
