Headquartered in Newark, California, UVOTECH specializes in UV-Ozone and Plasma Cleaning systems as well as Plasma Etching, Reactive Ion Etching and Chemical Vapor Deposition systems used in MEMS, Optoelectronics, Biotechnology and Semiconductor industries.
