Iran to Hold 3rd Int'l Zeolite Conference in July 2012

Tehran, Iran | Posted on December 4th, 2011

Introduction of new applications and progresses in the field of zeolite and strengthening cooperation between domestic and international researchers are among the objectives of the conference.

Among the issues to be discussed in the conference, mention can be made of: nanotechnology-based zeolites (nanozeolites), morphology and structure changes, environmental applications and requirements, catalyst, adsorption and molecular sieve and ion exchange.

Synthesis and preparation of porous materials, organo-metallic structures, Mezoporous materials and natural (mineral) zeolites are among the other issues to be addressed by the meeting.

Lecturers from scientific boards and research institutes from different countries, including Italy, Slovakia, Korea and Spain are due to deliver speeches at the conference.

University students and researchers active in the related fields can submit their papers to the conference's secretariat until January 6, 2012. Registration without paper submission will be available until April 6, 2012.
