"Our rapid growth proves the value customers see in our innovative steam purification and humidification products," said Jeff Spiegelman, RASIRC president and founder. "We have developed the first purifier for steam since the beginning of the industrial revolution. This has powered us into a top 40 finish in the domestic manufacturing segment. To grow at that rate during an economic downturn shows just how our products are fulfilling a real need."

This is the first time that RASIRC has been ranked in the Inc. 5000, but not the first time for Spiegelman. Prior to RASIRC, Spiegelman founded Aeronex, which was ranked #142 on the 1997 list and was later sold to Entegris (ENTG) in 2003.

Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria, can be found at www.inc.com/5000. The RASIRC profile can be found at http://www.inc.com/inc5000/profile/rasirc.

"Now, more than ever, we depend on Inc. 500/5000 companies to spur innovation, provide jobs, and drive the economy forward. Growth companies, not large corporations, are where the action is," says Inc. magazine Editor Jane Berentson.
