NanoHorizons Raises $2.1M
Abstract:
NanoHorizons, Inc has raised $2.1 million of a targeted $6 million in an equity offering, according to a SEC filing.
In May 2008, the company raised $6.7 million in funding from Penn Venture Partners, L.P., Life Sciences Greenhouse of Central Pennsylvania, and a number of private investors. In April 2005, it raised $2.2 million of equity capital.
