Abstract:
Material research call between American NSF (National Science Foundation) and the European organizations funding public research has been opened as part of the NSF Materials World Network (MWN).

Finland's and USA's joint material research call open

Finland | Posted on October 5th, 2010

The annual search aims to promote international cooperation between American and European research teams in the area of materials research.

American research groups apply for funding from the NSF for their own work. Depending on the nature of the project, Finnish researchers can submit their applications either through Tekes or the Academy of Finland. The research plan must be common, although each funder respects their own call procedures and schedules.

The NSF call for American parties closes on 11.10.2010.

Tekes application period expires on 11.10.2010. Parties planning to file application to Tekes, please contact Sisko Sipilä, tel. +358 10 60 55845.

Academy of Finland application period expires on 29.10.2010.
