Secures Production & Sales Agreement with National Lubricant Manufacturer & Packaging Service Provider
Green Earth Technologies (OTCQB: GETG), today announced a production and sales agreement with Delta Companies Group (Delta), a national blender and filler of a variety of lubricants and specialty chemicals, including motor oil. Green Earth Technologies (GET) develops products using proprietary formulations and processes; under the terms of the agreement, Delta will provide services that will include the procurement of these ingredients, production, storage, packaging, labeling, handling, trans-loading and shipment of all GET products.

"This agreement provides us a solid foundation from which to continue building our suite of 'G' brands."
As a world leader in the packaging and supply chain service industry while offering the industry's most comprehensive packaging solutions for lubricants and specialty chemicals, Delta operates eight facilities in North America. The company's closely linked production and distribution facilities in Chicago enable efficient and expeditious fulfillment with a total annual production capacity of 70 million gallons, with 275,000 square feet of distribution space.
In addition to product production, Delta will be entitled to sell GET products to their current customers around the world as well as work with GET to pursue private label and co-branding opportunities. Other terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
