Abstract:
19th International Forum for Materials Testing: October 11-14, Ulm, Germany

Zwick Roell invites you to testXpo 2010

Ulm, Germany | Posted on September 1st, 2010

As the event hosts, the Zwick Roell Group invites you to meet the experts in materials testing at this year's testXpo 2010. Held from 11-14 October at the Zwick facility in Ulm, Germany, this 19th International Forum for Materials Testing will see top specialists from all industry segments gather to present an extensive program of lectures, discussions, Q&A sessions and exhibits. Attendance is free of charge and includes lunch and access to an internet café. All you need to do is register at: www.zwick.com/en/news/testxpo.html

At this year's event, as well as sharing knowledge in the practical application of effective materials testing, Zwick has its sights on bringing quality to both the biggest and smallest scales of materials testing measurements. Participants will have the opportunity to investigate the biggest pendulum impact tester in the world and, in contrast, a new PrecisionLine product series for testing micro specimens in combination with a new laser extensometer.

With so many companies exhibiting alongside Zwick this year, the event will be organized into topic areas focusing on: metals, plastics, automotive, medical technology, academia, building materials, "testing for life", and service and customer support. At the heart of these exhibits, Zwick Roell will provide participants with the chance to investigate the company's testXpert® software, extensometer and force measurements, grips and other tools for testing.

The Zwick Roell Group has 150 years of experience in the manufacture of high quality materials testing systems. To find out more about the application of Zwick hardware and software, and to register for testXpo 2010: 19th International Forum for Materials Testing, please
