Abstract:
ACC to Reaffirm Support for Legislation to Modernize TSCA that Ensures Public Safety, Promotes Innovation, and Protects American Jobs
This morning American Chemistry Council (ACC) President and CEO Cal Dooley and ACC's Vice President of Regulatory  hosted a media teleconference to discuss his testimony before the House Energy and Commerce this Thursday regarding the introduction of the Toxic Substance Control Act.   Specifically, ACC discussed shortcomings in the current proposal, which will need significant work to ensure public safety while promoting innovation and protecting American jobs.
