Sage’s board president behind $1.5M gift
Abstract:
The Sage Colleges has revealed that Donna Esteves, chair of the Board of Trustees and a 1970 Russell Sage College alumna, is the anonymous donor of a $1.5 million matching gift to build Sage's endowment.
The identity of Esteves was revealed yesterday at the Bush Memorial Center as part of the Russell Sage 2010 Reunion. In 2006, Esteves, who now lives in Lake Hopatcong, N.J., made a $500,000 gift to the INVEST nanoscience business incubator at Russell Sage.
