TCTech Strengthens Board of Directors

Stockholm, Sweden | Posted on June 5th, 2010

The appointment of Mr. Bohlin and Mr. Löfquist brings broad experience from managing and developing high tech companies to TCTech that will be of high value for the company in its rapid product and business development.

Kjell Bohlin has more than 25 years of experience from the semiconductor industry. He has held leading positions in companies like Ericsson Microelectronics, Infineon Technologies and Micronic Laser Systems. Mr. Bohlin has a doctoral degree in Electronics from the Uppsala University.

Sven Löfquist has 20 years of experience from the display and semiconductor equipment industry, e.g. as former CEO and Senior Adviser for listed Swedish semiconductor company Micronic Laser
Systems, a company that he co-founded, as a Board Member of ÅAC Microtec (Microelectronics & MEMS designs), and as a former Board Member of M2 Engineering. Mr. Löfquist has a Master of Engineering (Electronics) from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Existing Board Member Benny Ström (former President and CEO of IMO, and several other high tech companies) will become TCTech's new Chairman of the Board. Mr. Ström will be an actively working Member of The Board and as such involved in everyday operations.

The new Board appointments coincides with a financing round of mSEK 4.7 consisting partly of new loans, and partly of newly emitted shares. The newly injected capital will be used by TCTech for intensified marketing and sales efforts and to speed up roll-out of new products.
