Abstract:
Russian Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Ivanov has wrapped up his working visit to the US - something that the Kommersant daily reports, added significantly to the ongoing "reset" of relations between Russia and the US. During the visit, the sides signed a raft of agreements, including on trade-economic and scientific cooperation. In particular, they agreed to jointly explore outer space and produce the An-124 heavy-lift transport aircraft. Additionally, an accord was clinched to involve leading US IT companies in the creation of a state-of-the-art innovation center in Skolkovo outside Moscow, already called by many a Russian Silicon Valley.
