Zyvex and Handango deals signal M&A market shift

Abstract:
Barely 60 days into 2010, the Dallas area has seen two high-profile technology acquisitions. Richardson nanotechnology pioneer Jim Von Ehr has sold a unit called Zyvex Instruments to DCG Instruments of Fremont, Calif.,and Las Colinas-based smartphone software seller Handango Inc. was acquired by rival PocketGear Inc.
