Megageld voor nanotech

Abstract:
De European Research Council heeft een ERC Advanced Grant van 2,5 miljoen euro toegekend aan prof. Cees Dekker, van het Kavli Institute of Nanoscience van de TU Delft. Het bedrag zal worden gebruikt voor onderzoek op het snijvlak van biologie en nanotechnologie.

"We willen de kracht van nanofabricage, waar we aan de TU Delft heel goed in zijn, gebruiken om meer te weten te komen over grote biologische vraagstukken, zoals de precieze werking van de processen in de cel", aldus Dekker in een persbericht.
