AirPark land sale completed
Abstract:
Both the mayor and Allan W. Blair (WMDC's president and chief executive officer) said the deal has far-reaching implications as it will put the city and WMDC in line to compete for developers seeking large tracks of land.
As industry and distribution has changed, Blair predicted future development would include nanotechnology and other newer fields.
"We will be able to compete on megaprojects now," said Blair.
