Home > Press > NanoInk's NanoFabrication Systems Division Appoints General Manager for Europe and the Middle East
Abstract:
NanoInk's NanoFabrication Systems Division announced today the appointment of Tom Warwick as General Manager for Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Warwick brings over 20 years of experience in the sales and marketing of high technology products in Europe.
In his new role, Mr. Warwick will provide support to existing distributor, LOT-Oriel, as NanoInk expands its offerings with new products in the nanofabrication tools market.
Tom Levesque, Vice President of the NanoFabrication Systems Division, said, "We are fortunate to add Tom to our team as we seek to bring a new generation of easy to use, desktop nanofabrication tools to users in Europe and the Middle East. His familiarity with the nanotechnology community and customers will be a great asset for NanoInk and for LOT-Oriel."
Prior to joining NanoInk, Mr. Warwick served as General Manager of European Operations for Veeco Instruments, a provider of metrology and process equipment solutions used by manufacturers in the data storage, semiconductor, wireless, lighting and solar industries.
"I selected NanoInk as it has applications and solutions which now make nanotechnology accessible to a much wider market, expanding from pure research and into real nanomanufacturing. Moving into markets such as nanobio, tissue engineering, stem cell research and biomolecular screening is very exciting and the ability to use the massively parallel Dip Pen Nanolithography® (DPN®) techniques and multiplexed materials for deposition makes the technology ready for rapid adoption," said Mr. Warwick.
