The EIPBN Conference is recognized as the foremost international meeting dedicated to lithographic science and technology and its application to micro and nanofabrication techniques. The conference brings together engineers and scientists from industries and universities from all over the world to discuss recent progress and future trends.

EIPBN 2009 takes place in the U.S., May 26-28, 2009 at the Marriott Marco Island, FL.

SEMTech Solutions will be available at booth #16 for this event to meet with individuals interested in Electron Beam Lithography (EBL) systems, EBL accessories for Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEMs), and used SEMs. Other companies co-exhibiting with SEMTech Solutions are Elionix, Inc.; a world leading manufacturer of EBL systems, and Interface, Ltd.; a manufacturer of the NanoMaker, a powerful software/hardware system for SEM/FIB based lithography.
