Penn State Receives New Horiba Analyzer For Ground Breaking Research
Abstract:
HORIBA Instruments, Inc. is proud to renew their alliance with the Center for Innovative Sintered Products (CISP) at Penn State University through the donation of their Partica LA-950V2 analyzer. For many years, CISP used the HORIBA LA-920 for studies involving ceramics, stainless steel alloys and tungsten powders. Now the center will have the use of the most advanced laser diffraction particle size analyzer, the HORIBA LA-950, to use for their groundbreaking research and development. The upgraded donation was made to the university in March of this year.
The HORIBA Scientific group provides state of the art microanalysis, nanotechnology and spectroscopy tools to industry and academia to assist in the next generation of new discoveries.
