TechConnect World Announces The CancerNano 2009 Symposium May 3-7
Abstract:
TechConnect World, in association with the Nano Science and Technology Institute (NSTI), and the Clean Technology and Sustainable Industries Organization (CTSI), today announced the CancerNano 2009 Symposium, scheduled to take place at TechConnect World, May 3-7, at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas.
The two-day CancerNano 2009 Symposium brings together the foremost thought-leaders from the academic, industry and government sectors, to discuss clinical translation of nanotechnology for cancer diagnosis, prevention and treatment. The Symposium is co-chaired by Mansoor Amiji, who is the Professor and Interim Chair of Pharmaceutical Sciences Department and Co-Director of the Nanomedicine Education and Research Consortium (NERC: undefined, undefined, undefined%) at Northeastern University, as well as Vladimir Torchilin, the Distinguished Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Director of the Center for Pharmaceutical Biotechnology and Nanomedicine at Northeastern University.
