NM House panel approves capital outlay financing
Abstract:
A New Mexico House committee has approved a proposal to provide nearly $140 million for capital improvements across the state, including several economic development projects advocated by Gov. Bill Richardson. The measure also will finance a number of higher education projects, including $2 million for a nanotechnology and biotechnology center at UNM.
