These submissions are currently being vetted by the TechConnect World advisory committee - which includes individuals representing leading universities, companies, and investment firms worldwide. Companies currently confirmed to participate include: Air Products & Chemicals, Applied Materials, BASF, Eastman Kodak Company, General Electric, Genzyme, Honda Motor Corporation, Lockheed Martin, Medtronic, Merck Research Labs, Omron, Sanyo, Siemens and many others. Additional submissions will still be accepted until January 28, 2009 for the following conference opportunities:
The IP Forum - is designed for companies and individuals who invent new technology and are looking for firms interested in licensing this technology, or in becoming investors. To submit IP for review, click here: www.techconnect.org/Summit2009/participate/IP/
The Venture Forum - is designed to help "seed" and "early-stage" companies showcase their technologies and search for funding. Selected companies will present, and will gain the opportunity to network with the TechConnect Board, corporate capital, venture capital, and business development attendees.
