Abstract:
CombiMatrix Corporation (Nasdaq:CBMX) announced today that all of its $1.5 million in auction rate securities were recently liquidated at par value. Earlier in 2008, CombiMatrix had reported that these securities had become illiquid due to the global financial credit crisis.
"We are pleased to have this $1.5 million of cash available for execution and expansion of our diagnostics business. We also look forward to collecting the $36 million federal court judgment from National Union in the future," stated Dr. Amit Kumar, President and CEO of CombiMatrix.
