Abstract:
Microfluidics International Corporation (OTCBB: MFIC) today announced that the Company received notification from Nasdaq that the Company's name change as approved at its annual meeting in June has been officially registered with the exchange, effective September 5, 2008. The Company's name has been changed to Microfluidics International Corporation and the stock is now trading under the new ticker (OTCBB: MFLU).
