Abstract:
Success of NanoAndMore GmbH Led to Signing
BioForce Nanosciences Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: BFNH), a producer of integrated biological and mechanical systems for life science researchers at the micro and nano scales, today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with NanoAndMore USA, Inc., the North and South American distribution arm of NanoWorld Holding AG. NanoAndMore USA joins its sister company, NanoAndMore GmbH, already a distributor of BioForce Nanosciences' products, in distributing these leading edge products.
Kerry Frey, President and Chief Executive Officer of BioForce Nanosciences, said, "NanoAndMore GmbH has been an important component in our distribution network worldwide. This agreement is in addition to that relationship and will allow us to reach the numerous potential customers of NanoAndMore USA. We are very pleased by all the success NanoAndMore GmbH has had with our product in Europe, and we want to bring that sales craftsmanship to our US sales efforts."
George McMurtry, Founder and CEO of NanoAndMore USA said, "We have heard very encouraging things from our European counterpart about the Nano eNabler and the new Cyto eNabler™. Our sales professionals are excited by the success of NanoAndMore GmbH in selling BioForce products because the American market has the same needs and desires as European based researchers. BioForce's expanding product line is another reason we feel optimistic about our sales success with BioForce. Furthermore, the combination of a product line with both instruments and consumables matches our existing business blueprint of selling consumable AFM probes and scientific instruments. The Nano eNabler™ and Cyto eNabler™ enhance our capabilities into helping nanotechnologists, a continuing pattern for us."
Earlier this year, BioForce added two new items to its product line to support its flagship Nano eNabler molecular printer. First, it added the Cyto eNabler™ molecular printer, which is specifically configured for the needs of cellular biology researchers. Second, it added its custom patterned surfaces, which are produced to the specifications of the customer by our personnel using the Nano eNabler™.
About NanoAndMore USA
NanoAndMore USA was founded in South Carolina in 2005 to distribute NANOSENSORS™, NanoWorld™ and BudgetSensors™ AFM probes to North and South America. Since then other products, including scientific instruments other than AFMs, such as a nanoparticle size analyzer and a digital holographic microscope have been added.
