AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMAG) today announced that Louis Brenner, MD, Senior Vice President, will present an overview of the Company at the 2008 Citi Global Healthcare Conference on Thursday, May 22 at 11:30 a.m. ET. The conference is being held May 21-22, 2008 in New York City.
A live audio webcast of the presentation will be accessible through the Investors section of the Company's website at www.amagpharma.com. Following the conference, the webcast will be archived on the AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. website until June 4, 2008.

The Company submitted a New Drug Application for marketing approval of ferumoxytol with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in December 2007, which was accepted for filing by the FDA in February 2008.
