Los Angeles-based American Elements announced the further expansion of its vanadium materials facilities to meet growing demand for the metal, vanadium compounds and other vanadium-based engineered and advanced materials.

Los Angeles-based American Elements announced the further expansion of its vanadium materials facilities to meet growing demand for the metal, vanadium compounds and other vanadium-based engineered and advanced materials.

The new production capacity will affect deliveries beginning in June however orders from existing and new customers for deliveries in May are being processed now. This will expand American Elements' production of all vanadium products including vanadium metal and alloys, vanadium oxide, other vanadium compounds, such as vanadium chloride, vanadium carbide and vanadium nitrate, nanomaterials, such vanadium oxide nanopowder and vanadium nanoparticles, and thin film coating materials for evaporation and deposition such as vanadium sputtering targets, vanadium rod, pellets and foil.
