Abstract:
Nanotech Sciences Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:NAN.P), a capital pool company, announced today that it has been delayed in filing its unaudited interim financial statements and interim Management Discussion & Analysis ("MD&A") related thereto for the interim period ended December 31, 2007 by the required filing date under applicable Canadian Securities laws (NI-51-102), namely February 29, 2008. The Corporation filed its interim financial statements and associated MD&A on March 4, 2008.
