Abstract:
Applied Nanoscience, Inc. (ANI) (PINKSHEETS: APNN) today announced that it had filed a Form 10-SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission to become a fully reporting company, one of the necessary steps the company must take to advance to the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB). Applied Nanoscience is a marketer and developer of innovative, high performance filtration products, systems and technologies to customers worldwide in a focused effort to provide a safer tomorrow.
"Applied Nanoscience believes that becoming a fully reporting company and the prospective listing of its shares on the OTCBB will enhance investor confidence and interest, as well as assist in gaining better access to equity capital," said Thomas K. Allen, President and CEO, Applied Nanoscience. "It will allow us to better exploit the full range of our Nanoparticle-Enhanced-Filtration-Technology (NEFT™) platform, and aggressively pursue qualified licensees in a number of key consumer market segments."
