Conn. Governor Unveils Budget Revisions

Abstract:
Rell's budget also includes additional money for tourism sites to preserve Connecticut's "special heritage" and the promotion of nanotechnology to boost manufacturing and biotechnology in the state.

"It's a field involving minute particles - but its development will create mega jobs here in the state," she said.
