Abstract:
UNIVERSITY of Queensland's School of Engineering is waiving postgraduate research study fees for outstanding international students to help fill research gaps in Australia.
The school will waive international students' tuition fees, worth about A$30,000 (RM86,876) a year for PhD studies.
To qualify for the fee waiver, students must achieve first-class honours or the equivalent in their engineering degree.
The school's research strengths include light metals, functional nanomaterials, chemical engineering, mining machinery, metallurgy and water.
