University to transmit expert lectures
Abstract:
The EDUSAT (Education Satellite) access facility in Madurai Kamaraj University will take a new dimension from Monday when it will transmit expert lectures from here to various centres in the country.
It will begin with a lecture and live interaction on nanotechnology by faculty members of the Chemistry Department. According to S. Murali, EDUSAT coordinator, the recognition accorded by the Consortium for Educational Communication (CEC) will be a big boost for both the facility and faculty as "our lectures will be heard countrywide."
