Enable IPC Ultracapacitor Presentation Available Online

VALENCIA, CA | Posted on October 11th, 2007

Enable IPC Corporation (OTCBB: EIPC) today announced that it has posted the presentation given by Kevin Leonard at the nanoTX '07 event in Dallas, Texas, on the company's ultracapacitor technology to its website. The presentation showcased the significant advances the company has made in its ultracapacitor technology commercialization effort.

Mr. Leonard is CEO of SolRayo, a research and development firm working with Enable IPC under a joint development agreement. He is also one of the inventors of the ultracapacitor technology.

The presentation, located at http://www.enableipc.com/files/nanoTX_leonard_presentation.pdf , consists of slides accompanied by Mr. Leonard's narration.

On October 9th, EIPC announced that we had more than doubled our performance expectations on the ultracapacitor technology, consistently achieving over 6,000 farads per liter of material in packaged devices. The company unveiled its prototype, packaged ultracapacitor device at the nanoTX '07 conference in Dallas, October 3rd and 4th. The response from those attending was overwhelmingly positive.

In addition, Market News First (MN1.com) covered nanoTX '07 and have featured Enable IPC in a short video segment about the conference available at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nOcx0gyQpsU
