Pacific Fuel Cell Corp. (OTCBB:PFCE), a premier provider of nano-based components for the fuel cell industry, announced today that it has retained Edelman, the world's largest independent public relations firm, as its agency of record. Edelman's Los Angeles-based corporate team will manage the account.
