LSU officials hope weekend lecture is opportunity to strike deal
Abstract:
The lone finalist to take over direction of LSU's Center for Advanced Microstructures and Devices is visiting Baton Rouge this weekend in hopes of finalizing a deal, LSU officials said.
LSU wants Alan Goldman of Iowa State University to lead CAMD and its giant synchrotron light source, the only one of its kind in the South, said Brooks Keel, LSU vice chancellor of research and economic development.
