FAU to seek $14 million from legislature in 2008-2009
Abstract:
Beginning in 2009, he said, FAU will re-acquire space in two academic and research facilities on the MacArthur Campus in Jupiter that have been on loan to Scripps-Florida. "These buildings are already outfitted to support research and education in bioengineering, bioinformatics, biotechnology, and nanotechnology. Funds from this request will allow FAU to hire faculty, graduate research assistants, and support staff to ensure the growth and development of these programs."
