Science fiction becomes real in high tech lab
Abstract:
"Science fiction has become real," professor Kristi Jean announced Tuesday, before showing students into the so-called clean rooms at North Dakota State University's Center for Nanoscale Science and Engineering.
The students are enrolled in a program with the North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton and the Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Moorhead, Minn., as well as NDSU. They will spend the next three weeks in the high-tech labs.
