Virginia’s CIT GAP Fund invests in NBE Technologies
Abstract:
The Virginia Center for Innovative Technology's GAP Fund has invested $50,000 in NBE Technologies.
NBE will use the money to expand its staff and manufacturing capabilities.
NBE fabricates nanomaterials for microelectronics, power electronics and optoelectronics. Its materials and processes help bond and interconnect semiconductor chips for better performance, reliability and high temperature capability.
