Guido Groeseneken and Paul Heremans named as IMEC Fellows
Abstract:
A level of innovation and expertise is required of those who are promoted to the post of IMEC Fellow, and the past careers of Guido Groeseneken (pictured) and Paul Heremans illustrate the skill, research ability and innovative nature of the two new Fellows.
Guido Groeseneken has been manager of IMEC's reliability group since 1992. In 2005 he was named as program director of the post-CMOS nanotechnology program and received a fellowship from the IEEE in 2006. His professorship with the K.U. Leuven sees him involved in Ph.D. coaching and research. The IMEC fellowship has been granted to Groeseneken in recognition of his contribution to IMEC's projects and technology development.
