UK universities tailor courses for Indian, Chinese students
Abstract:
"Most universities around the world consider India and China as their most important markets for recruiting students. Many, in fact, have started courses keeping in mind these two markets. We have seen an increase in the number of queries for varied and specialised courses by students aspiring to go abroad," observes Ajay Mittal, director, International Placewell Consultants.
One such field is that of electronics, within which specialisation in nanotechnology is becoming increasingly popular. University of Sheffield is starting MSc Bionanotechnology from the September 2007 session.
