Abstract:
We must massively increase use of these renewable technologies and significantly advance low-carbon options such as decarbonized coal, carbon sequestration, ultra-high-efficiency fossil energy production, fuel cells, bioenergy, and derivatives of genomics, nanotechnology, and related fields.
