Nanoforce Completes Merger of Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Abstract:
Nanoforce, Inc. (Pink Sheets:NNFC), a developer of nano-materials, new refining processes, and equipment for use in alternative and existing energy sector technologies, announced the completion of the merger between Transglobal Oil, Corp. (Pink Sheets:TGOC), a Delaware corporation, and Energy Farms, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Nanoforce incorporated in the State of New Mexico.
