Nanoforce Incorporates Wholly Owned Subsidiary Energy Farms

Abstract:
Nanoforce, Inc. (Pink Sheets:NNFC), a developer of nano-materials, new refining processes and equipment for use in alternative and existing energy sector technologies, announced the incorporation of a new, wholly owned, subsidiary, Energy Farms, Inc. in New Mexico. Energy Farms is developing methods to cultivate and harvest small photosynthetic organisms in refinery waste for the production of biodiesel, a cleaner burning diesel replacement fuel made from natural, renewable sources.
