Chip Equipment Outlook Raised
Abstract:
The Semiconductor Equipment Manufacturing International (SEMI) said a survey of its members in October and November of this year showed that equipment and materials makers expect to increase their sales collectively by 9.1 percent to reach $35.97 billion in 2006. Last July, SEMI had predicted only 8.1 percent growth for 2006.
