Abstract:
A group of researchers made up of students, faculty and staff from the UA and the University of Oklahoma were awarded a new grant from the federal government to continue nanotechnology research.
The National Science Foundation awarded a $7.8 million grant to the Center for Semiconductor Physics in Nanostructures; The research team was awarded an initial grant of $4.5 million in 2000, according to University Relations.
