Universal Memory Primed to Conquer Market, iSuppli Says
Abstract:
... there are efforts underway in the engineering community to close or eliminate the gap between today’s products and the dream of tomorrow’s universal memory. These products are in various states of development or commercialization, such as Ovonic Unified Memory (OUM), Magneto-Resistive RAM (MRAM) and Ferro-Electric RAM (FRAM) and Nanotube RAM (NRAM).
