SMTA International Emerging Technologies Summit

Abstract:
SMTA is again co-locating its annual conference, SMTA International, with the Assembly Tech Expo (ATExpo) show this fall at the Donald Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois (Conference: September 25-29; Exhibits: September 27-29).

The first session, Roadmaps, will feature papers on iNEMI Optoelectronics Roadmap for 2004, Emerging Nanotechnology and Its Effect on Electronics Manufacturing, and Free Silicon Marketing Strategy.
