TSMC's 65-nm process set to arrive late 2005
Abstract:
By the time Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. ramps its first 65-nanometer manufacturing process technology into volume production, late in 2005, it will have cost about $1 billion to develop, according to company chairman Morris Chang.
